These terms govern your use of the Pose Creative virtual try-on demo on this website. By using the demo, you agree to them.

What the demo does

The demo lets you upload a photo to generate an AI model and preview garments on it. Results are AI-generated and are provided for illustration only; the generated likeness, fit, drape, and colour may differ from real life.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo you have the right and permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or photos of minors.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, explicit, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to misuse, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

Consent

You must give consent before any photo is processed. You can stop using the demo at any time, and you can remove your locally cached model using the controls provided.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant Pose Creative a limited, temporary licence to process your photo solely to generate the try-on result you requested. Generated outputs are provided to you for personal, non-commercial preview of products.

No warranty

The demo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI output can contain artefacts or inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pose Creative is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the demo. The demo is a free preview tool.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the demo after a change means you accept the revised terms.
